How to Download Audio from Instagram Reels on iPhone

If you have recorded a voiceover for your own Instagram Reel, or you are working with a sound you are licensed to use, you may want a clean copy of that audio as an MP3 on your iPhone. This guide walks through exactly how to do that in Safari — no app to install — and how to keep your downloads on the right side of copyright.

First, a quick note on what to download

Only save audio you have the right to use: sounds you created and uploaded yourself, royalty-free or Creative Commons tracks, or audio a creator has given you clear permission to reuse.
