How Submitted URLs Are Handled

When you paste a social media link into the Site, that URL is sent to our server to locate and extract the requested audio. To monitor service reliability and prevent abuse, we keep a basic, anonymous log of each request — the platform, the file format, the submitted link, whether the download succeeded or failed, a coarse device type (for example "Mobile · Android · Chrome"), and an approximate region. Any IP address is stored only in a truncated, anonymized form, never in full. These logs are not linked to your name, email, or any account (we have none), and we do not use them to build a profile of you.

Non-Personal & Technical Information

Like most websites, we automatically receive certain technical information when you visit — browser type, device type, general location (derived from IP address), and pages viewed.
