Response Time

We are committed to responding to valid DMCA takedown requests within 3 business days of receipt. Upon receiving a valid and complete DMCA notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include disabling access to the allegedly infringing content or functionality.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our DMCA agent. Your counter-notification must include the information required by the DMCA, including a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Repeat Infringers

Audio Downloader Mate reserves the right to terminate access to the Service for users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
